Before completing this form you should prepare your article or advertisement on your word processor then save it to a file on your computer. Once you have completed your article or advertisement, you should fill out the form below online.

This form must be filled out completely and accompany any article or advertisement that you want published in "The Advocate" or in "Uncle Hiram's Catalogue. Each article will be published with the e-mail address of the author under the title unless instructed otherwise. All articles must have a title. Each advertisement will be published with your e-mail address only, unless you instruct otherwise. We do not recommend publishing your name, address and phone number for your security. If you must have your name up in lights, we will try to accommodate your wish.
